Founder Story
Infraglow was founded by Alex during a deployment to Europe with the United States Army.
Following weeks of demanding training exercises, Alex experienced the physical and mental fatigue that many high performers know all too well. Searching for an effective way to recover, he and several fellow soldiers began incorporating infrared sauna sessions and cold plunging into their routines at the base gym.
The results were undeniable. Improved energy, enhanced mental clarity, faster recovery, and a renewed sense of well-being quickly became part of daily life. What began as a simple recovery practice soon evolved into a passion for understanding the science behind heat and cold therapy and the profound impact it can have on overall wellness.
As Alex continued his journey, he recognized a problem: premium recovery solutions were often difficult to access, overly expensive, or simply unavailable to many people seeking the same benefits he had experienced firsthand.
Determined to change that, he spent his limited free time building the foundation of Infraglow while researching the latest advancements in recovery, performance, and wellness.
